DRY AIR COMPRESSORS
California Air Tools offers two grades of DRY AIR on 25+ dry air compressor models:
1. Ultra Dry Air Compressors – 98% Dry Air (ISO 8573 2.3.1 compliant). For applications requiring extremely low pressure dew points (PDP) below 2C or 36F; provides a Pressure Dew Point (PDP) of -29F to -51F), with an average of -40F (-40℃) and outputs 98% ultra dry/clean air with 0.01 um particulate filtering.
2. Standard Dry Air Compressors – 80% Dry Air.
Ideal for Dental, Hospital, Milling, Bio-Tech, Manufacturing, Laser, Packaging, Restaurant and General Engineering.
CONTRACTOR GRADE AIR COMPRESSORS
Ultra Quiet & Oil-Free CONTRACTOR GRADE Air Compressors are engineered with the latest technology to provide high quality, reliability and longevity. The Oil-Free Dual Piston Pump System allows the air compressor to work more efficiently creating significantly less noise and reduced wear for a longer pump life.
SOUND PROOF CABINET AIR COMPRESSORS
The California Air Tools Ultra Quiet Sound Proof Air Compressor Cabinets are designed for people who need to use an air compressor but do not desire the Loud Noise which a standard air compressor makes. Noise level is typically reduced 12-20 dB on average.

INDUSTRIAL AIR COMPRESSORS
Industrial Series Air Compressors are designed to produce more air, more air quickly compared to our standard ultra quiet & oil-free air compressors. The Ultra-Quite 1.0 Hp “LF” series motors are manufactured with high performance components, yielding a 2X life performance on average vs. standard 1.0 Hp models.
CALAIR and Continuous Run Air Compressors including models 60037BD, 80050BD, 60065C and 80060C are designed and may safely run continuously for 2-8 hours at a time, depending on PSI and CFM levels.

Air Compressor models which feature the MDR2i OLED Smart Switch may be connected to mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, or computers on a Wi-Fi network. Compressor features and parameters may be entered and controlled comfortably along with remote monitoring allowing daily ON/OFF scheduling and enables changing of pressure levels on-the-fly.

California Air Tools auxiliary air tanks are designed to provide an extra supply of air needed for short-term demands such as inflating tires.
These auxiliary air tanks provide stable pressure and a constant air flow for purposes such as spray painting.

70/30 Duty Cycle vs. Continuous Operations (standard workday)
All Oil-Free Air Compressor models are rated for 70/30 Duty Cycle (i.e. intermittent usage): Click Here For More Information – refer to Section 9. For continuous air volume operations up to 6-7 hours per day:
- 1 hp models: your equip. requires 0.3-1 cfm (9-25 liters per minute, l/min) 90 PSI
- 2 hp models: your equip. requires 0.5-2 cfm (10-55 l/min) 90 PSI
- 4 hp models: your equip. requires 2-4 cfm (56-110 l/min) 90 PSI
- 6 hp models: your equip. requires 4-7 cfm (112-180 l/min) 90 PSI
NOTE: 2.0 HP models cannot maintain 100 PSI (or higher) continuously for any longer than 5-10 minutes; 4.0 Hp models and above are only suggested.
