The CALIFORNIA AIR TOOLS 20020CTR-22060 (220 Volts 60 Hertz) Ultra Quiet & Oil-Free Air Compressor, which uniquely features a single 220 volt motor/pump on a 20 gallon horizontal steel tank, is designed to be one of the quietest 2.0 Hp air compressors in the industry having only 70 decibels of sound. 

Custom designed for mobile truck and vans that offer roadside tire repair services.

The Powerful 2.0 HP motor operates at only 1680 RPM creating less noise and less wear. The SP-9421-2260 (220v 60hz) Ultra Quiet Air Compressor Motor/Pump is designed to increase duty cycle and allow for longer continuous run times. The Oil-Free Dual Piston Pump System is engineered for high performance and durability.

The CAT-20020CTR-22060 Air Compressor has a Oil-Free Dual Piston pump designed to have a life cycle before wear of 3000 Plus hours. The Oil-Free pump allows for use in a variety of temperatures (cold starts) and uneven terrains (no oil in the pump).

The Easy Start Valve feature allows for an easier start up using less starting amps. The Easy Start Valve releases a small amount of air from the pump at start up to produce a no-load condition allowing the motor to spin freely. This no-load start up requires less amps for a easier  start up in cold temperatures.

The large 20 Gallon Steel Air Tank is designed for mobile service vans which perform tire service and repair. Stores more air for higher demand air tools such as spray guns and sanders and perfect for the shop or garage.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Replace the 98% Air Dryer Cannister/Cartridge every 4000 operating hours (~2 years on average).

Replace 2 Hp air filters (2 are attached to motor-pump) every 2 years or every year if compressor is exposed to a dirty or dusty environment. Part Number 90260
