- Pressure ON Level (i.e. re-start pressure)
- Pressure OFF Level (i.e. shutdown pressure)
- Unloader Relay Delay: Delay time for activation of the unloader valves during compressor start-up (load reduction).
- AutoDrain Time: Select the time between each drain activation.
- Drain Valve Time: AutoDrain valve opening duration.
- Overcurrent Limit: (i.e. functions as an electrical trip/breaker).
- Pressure Units: Select [bar] or [PSI]
- Total Active (Motor-Pump) Running Hours

The MDR2i OLED Smart Controller may be connected to mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, or computers. The controller can be used as an access point or can be connected to a Wi-Fi network. Compressor features and parameters may be entered and controlled comfortably along with remote monitoring.
The Powerful Twin 2.0 HP (SP-9421-22060) motors operates at only 1680 RPM creating less noise and less wear. The SP Series of Ultra Quiet Air Compressor Motors have been designed to increase duty cycle and allow for longer continuous run times.*
The CAT-20040DSMADC SP-9421 motor/pumps are tested for a minimum pump life of 3000 hours before service. 30% more life before repair.
The 98% Air Dryer is specially designed to remove the water vapor from the air to protect sensitive tools and machinery.
PDP performance range (-20′ F. to -51′ F.)
Air Quality: ISO 8573 – Class 2.3.1
To dry the air from the air compressor an Aftercooler and 98% Air Dryer are utilized. The aftercooler is a heat exchanger for cooling the discharge air from the air compressor. The water vapor from the compressed air is condensed into liquid form and pushed into the Air Dryer.
The easy to replace “Spin-On” Air Dryer Cartridge has a regenerating High-Temperature Molecular Sieve Desiccant to dry the air.
This cartridge dryer has a life of 2-years (4000 running hours on average) before replacement.
The 20 Gallon Steel Air Tank is just the right size for shop or garage.
The California Air Tools EZ-1 Automatic Drain Valve has been designed to eliminate manually draining your air compressor air tank.
The manually set timer allows you to set the time for both the frequency and duration of the draining process.
The Easy Start Valve feature allows for a easier start up using less starting amps. The Easy Start Valve releases a small amount of air from the pump at start up to produce a no-load condition allowing the motor to spin freely. This no-load start up requires less amps for a easier start up in cold temperatures.
Designed for the person looking for Power, 98% Dry Air and Less Service with at Least 30% Less Noise! Ideal for Dental, Milling, Bio-Tech, Manufacturing, Packaging, Restaurant and General Engineering Applications.
